Choose a plan and check the billing option. Confirm whether it’s a monthly plan or a data bundle, then review the amount, data allowance, and rules. For a monthly plan upgrade, check the price proration shown in the panel before proceeding with the order.
Follow the checkout instructions to pay. For Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT, follow the instructions on the current order page. Take particular care to check the instructions for USDT; don’t make a transfer based on an old order.
Return to your order and confirm its status. After payment, check the order and plan status in the panel, then get your subscription. Read the Terms of Service for the applicable terms and full details. A data bundle never expiring does not mean the refund period is unlimited.

Submit a request through a support ticket

Sign in to the account used to purchase the plan and open a support ticket. Clearly state that you’re requesting a refund and include the relevant order details. If the payment status is unclear, you can provide the necessary proof of payment to help verify the order. Don’t submit your password or subscription details as proof.

After submitting your request, check replies and provide any additional information in the same ticket. The ticket reply will confirm the refund status and outcome; this page makes no promises about unlisted processing times. If you only need to adjust your data allowance, review the monthly plan upgrade proration rules before deciding what to do.

How many devices can I use at once?

There’s no device limit. Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported. When using multiple devices, plan downloads, video, and other network activity around your data allowance. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data.

How long is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?

Refunds are available within 30 days, no questions asked. Sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request through a support ticket, including the relevant order and your request. When does monthly plan data reset? Can I upgrade mid-cycle?

Data resets monthly on the activation date. For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is prorated over the remaining days. The reset date isn’t the first of the calendar month. Before upgrading, check the proration and order details in the user panel.

Do data bundles reset every month?

Data bundles last until used, never expire, and don’t reset monthly. They suit irregular usage when you want to keep your remaining data for later. Each bundle still has a fixed data allowance; it isn’t unlimited.
