Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the VPN86 website and subscription service handle personal data. It applies to account management, order payments, service delivery, and support requests. Data handling on third-party payment pages is governed by their own policies.

Accounts and Data Collection

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. VPN86 processes account identifiers, information needed for authentication, plan status, and data usage to support sign-in, subscription delivery, and allowance calculations. An email address is not required for registration. If a user voluntarily provides an email address or other details in a support ticket, they are used only to address that request.

Order records include the selected plan, amount due, payment status, and transaction reference, and are used for reconciliation, order inquiries, and refund processing. Support tickets retain the details and replies submitted by users. Do not include passwords, payment credentials, or complete subscription links in a ticket.

No-Logs Policy

VPN86 does not record which websites users access through the subscription service, or store browsing content, destination domains, DNS queries, or communications. It does not retain individual connection logs that link an account, source address, destination address, and connection time.

Aggregated usage totals and account status used to measure plan allowances are distinct from browsing activity logs. Usage totals help calculate remaining allowances and do not create a list of websites visited. Aggregated service error information may be used to investigate issues, but not to build individual browsing histories. The no-logs policy does not mean that order, account, and support ticket records are not retained.

Usage Analytics and Local Storage

The website may process page visits, referral categories, device and browser types, and button clicks to understand how pages are used and improve navigation. These analytics relate to the website and panel interactions; they do not collect content from other sites accessed through the subscription service.

Cookies and local storage may be used to maintain sessions and save login credentials and language preferences. Users can restrict cookies or clear site storage in their browser; doing so may require signing in again or reselecting preferences. Clearing browser data does not automatically delete server-side account and order records, nor does it count as an account deletion request.

Third-Party Payments and Data Use

Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service, which may handle payment information under its own policies. VPN86 uses the payment result and transaction reference needed to complete an order; users are not required to provide payment account passwords to this service.

VPN86 does not sell personal data. Data is used only to provide subscription services and support, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal requirements. Where service partners need to process data, access is limited to what is required for the relevant purpose. In response to valid legal requests, only data legally required will be provided.

Data Retention and Deletion

Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service and maintain the account. Order records are retained for reconciliation, dispute handling, and applicable legal requirements. Support tickets and usage analytics are kept only for as long as needed for support and analysis. Retention periods vary by data type. When a purpose ends and there is no basis for continued retention, data should be deleted or de-identified.

Users can sign in to the panel and submit an inquiry, correction, or deletion request through the support ticket portal, specifying the relevant account or order. Account ownership must be verified before processing. Deleting an account may affect subscription access. Data that must be retained by law or relates to an unresolved dispute will not be deleted immediately with the account; any such limitations will be explained in the response.

Policy Updates and Contact

Revisions to this policy will be published on this page, and the month at the top of the page will be updated. Important changes to processing purposes, data scope, or user rights will be announced on the website or panel. Where separate consent is required by law, it will be obtained as applicable.

Questions about this policy or data processing can be submitted as a privacy request through a panel support ticket. See the Terms of Service for service use rules; this policy does not replace the terms on subscriptions, billing, and refunds.
